Terms of delivery

The product is delivered to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer on the physical purchase order or the one recorded during the validation of the payment form, by the reception of an e-mail containing the accesses (link URL of the platform, username and password) to the product.

Delivery delay

For an electronic product, the delivery time is immediate, by receiving an e-mail containing access to the product. In case you do not receive this email, and after checking your junk mail folder, we ask you to report this delay by sending us an e-mail to contact@stopleadsmoresales.com.

Right of withdrawal

Except in cases where the legal withdrawal period does not apply, such as electronic products for example, the Customer has a period of seven (7) days to retract from his purchase and request a refund. This period runs from the moment of receipt of the first payment.

In accordance with the legislation in force, only the price of the products is covered by the right of withdrawal.
